About the Event

This is an 11-week course with training, activations, home studies and exercises. The cost INCLUDES:

  • Classes/sessions for a period of 11 weeks, every Thursday nights from April 28 -July 14, from 6:45pm-8:30pm.
  • Free  coffee/tea available at the beginning of each class /session
  • Workbook provided
  • Receive an RCC welcome gift
