About the Event
The Senior's "Treasures" Holiday Fellowship is going to be an Introduction to Ballroom Dancing as Exercise!
Ms. Josie Rotunda, chef and dance instructor, began dancing in 2002 to address a health issue and now shares her love of dance and cooking to help others "Age Gracefully." Ms. Josie will also demonstrate her favorite Italian cookie recipes.
